We only deliver to San Diego County and surronding areas that are within driving distance. Free pick up can be arranged in City of Industry. Please inquire for more details.
Since we are continuously expanding our business and delivery area, please check back to see when new areas are added.

Where does OABF deliver?
We provide free delivery to most parts of San Diego County. We go to surrounding areas of San Diego County for an additional fee. At this time, we only deliver within driving distance.

Why do I have to make an appointment?
We are an online store. We have a very small staff and out on deliveries most of the day. This business model keeps our overhead low. We are more than happy to provide to service in person, please let us know what time you would like to come by.
Do you have a showroom?
We are an online store and we have a small warehouse in Oceanside. You’re welcome to come by and check it out by appointment. All our items are brand new in the box or packaging, however our reps will be more than happy to open the boxes for you so that you can check out the quality. I don’t want to buy something online that I haven’t seen!
We will be more than happy to show you similar products by the same manufacturer so you can rest assured that Furniture of America and Poundex are awesome manufacturers. How long will my order take to get delivered if it is not in stock?
Generally, under 5 business days. Once we receive your order, our logistics department will give you a call to set up a time for delivery.
The item is in stock at the warehouse. When can I get my delivery?
We do our best to deliver to you the same day or the next day as well as accommodate your schedule. Once an order order is received, our logistics supervisor will give you a call to set up a delivery time.

Once your order is placed an On A Budget Furniture & Decor representative will contact the customer within 24 hours with the availability of the product and to schedule a delivery time.
All of our items are brand new. They arrive sealed in factory packaging and cardboard boxes. Our delivery team will place the items in the room of your choice. Upon delivery, they will present you with an invoice to sign as proof that you have received and paid for your items. Payment is then due in full. You will receive a copy to keep for your own records. You are then responsible for any assembly that is required and the discarding of any packaging or boxes. Most items require light assembly. On A Budget Furniture & Decor's delivery team is not responsible for the assembly of any items and bargaining is not an option at the time of delivery. All the tools you will need and directions for assembly are packaged with the items inside the boxes. Any item(s) already used/assembled or without factory packaging does not qualify for the exchange/refund policy. If you need special assistance, assembly can be arranged for an additional fee.
